Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 -10 business days. Each product is made individually by hand, should we have the product in stock we will aim to get it posted to you much sooner.

Custom or personalised items: custom orders will be advised at ordering about the time scale.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Need a different size, color, or item? Let us know! Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new purchase, to ensure the fastest service.
